SHipping Information, Return and Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final. No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges. 

If a doll is listed on my website, with a label that clearly states it is available, then it is available.

Customer/Receiver of any dolls sold or shipped by Raising Rebornz Nursery must read full description under each doll listed on my website. 

"Rescue Babies" are dolls made from kits that are donated to me, picked up from thrift stores, or simply are made from kits that do not come with a COA (Certificate of Authenticity). If you are not comfortable owning a doll made from a "replica" kit, consider purchasing from elsewhere or purchasing a doll from my nursery that comes with a COA.

I do not accept custom orders. Dolls are sold and or given away as-is. No adjustments will be made to appearance, body, or box-opening.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping, which takes about 2-3 business days. Once the doll is shipped, it is out of my hands. When providing me with your shipping address, I will triple check with you that I have the correct information.
